Florida judge voids US mask mandate for planes, other travel

ANALYSIS/OPINION: Well it’s about time!!! A judge in FLORIDA (can this state get any better) voided the national mask mandate covering airplanes and public transportation as exceeding the authority of U.S. health officials.

We are thrilled to announce that U.S. District Judge Kathyrn Kimball Mizelle, an appointee of President Donald Trump , came in a lawsuit filed last year in TAMPA, Florida by a group called the Health Freedom Defense Fund.

The White House called the ruling “disappointing.”
